Welcome back. WWE is quite a large company and a lot of that is due to the amount of television that they have available. It allows fans to see their material in all kinds of places and that is the kind of thing that can be very valuable to the company. You have all of the regular television shows, but in addition you will get some specials every now and then. That will be the case again this year.

If there is one thing that WWE does like to celebrate, it is the United States military. When crowds were allowed at WWE events, you would often see some kind of a tribute or even a group of soldiers there in some way. That is quite the special moment and something that makes WWE look great. Above all others though, they have one thing that shows their dedication to the military and now we are going to be seeing it again.

WWE has announced that Tribute To The Troops will return on December 6. The special will air on FOX for the first time, with the time varying depending on the location’s regional NFL coverage. The event will be held at the Thunder Dome in Orlando, Florida, featuring servicemen and women from various bases around the country. No matches or celebrity guests have been announced yet.

It’s a big deal. Check out the announcement and some moments from shows past:

Opinion: Cool. The show is something special that you get to see once a year, making it a pretty fun concept. I know it isn’t quite the same as the years when the company would go overseas to stage the shows, but it’s certainly better than nothing. WWE certainly does have a track record for something like this and hopefully we get to see something like this year after year.

What do you think of the show? What do you expect to see? Let us know in the comments below.
