It’s worth the extra attention. Over the last five years, WWE’s women’s division has grown in unprecedented ways, with the company’s female wrestlers going from little more than a glorified side show to some of its top performers. That is the kind of thing that would have been almost impossible to predict after so many years of women being treated like nothing, but times have changed and now WWE is looking back with a smile.

It is safe to say that women’s wrestling has come a very long way in a short amount of time. Since the Women’s Revolution began on July 13, 2015, women’s matches have gone on to headline the Royal Rumble, Survivor Series and WrestleMania, the latter of which is the pinnacle of a wrestler’s career in WWE. That is quite the history in just five years and it is time for a retrospective.

WWE.com has announced that the company will be honoring the Women’s Evolution over the course of the next week. This comes on the five year anniversary of Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks moving up to Monday Night Raw full time, starting on July 13, 2015. The celebration will include special looks back on the WWE’s social and digital channels over the course of the week.

That is worth another look. Check out some of the best women’s moments since 2015:

Opinion: They certainly deserve this kind of attention. After all those years of seeing WWE treat its women’s division as absolutely nothing, it has been great to see them getting a chance. I know your individual tastes may vary, but it is an amazing sight to see at times. A women’s match headlining a pay per view used to be an impossibility. Now it has turned into something that you see more than once a year, which is worth the celebration it is receiving.
