The list grows. There are a lot of ways to go about wrestling a match. With so many different styles available to use during a match, you are going to see various different moves included in any given match. That can make for some interesting combinations and unique ideas, but WWE is not going to allow one rather popular move to be used in their matches any longer.

While some wrestling moves are rather complicated looking, there are some that are as simple and logical as you can get. That can be rather valuable under the right circumstances as anyone watching a match for the first time can understand what they are seeing because it’s so simple. One of the moves that makes for a simple visual will be dropped from the WWE.

According to PWInsider.com, WWE has removed the buckle bomb from its list of approved moves, meaning it will not be seen in WWE matches again. This comes after Sting was injured taking the move in 2015 against Seth Rollins and Kairi Sane landed hard against Nia Jax earlier this year. There is always a chance that the move could return later, but it is gone for now.

You might see some in here. Check out some of the better powerbombs:

Opinion: If the move can cause so many injuries, or even possible injuries, there is no reason to keep it around. Throwing someone into the corner like that could cause severe injuries to someone and it isn’t worth the risk associated with the move. It’s not like the buckle bomb is as common as a headlock so getting rid of it is hardly the biggest change in the world.
