Going down in a big way. Earlier this year, WWE presented a major live event from Saudi Arabia known as the Greatest Royal Rumble. While not the biggest critical success in the world, the show was a financial boom to the company with the Saudi Arabian government pumping funds into the company. That kind of an international push was such a big deal that it makes sense to do something similar again. That’s what’s going on again, in another major way.

Today, WWE announced the Super Show-Down in Melbourne, Australia on October 6. The event will be held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, which can hold 100,000 people in the stands alone, not counting any seats put on the ground. In videos posted to WWE’s YouTube (seen below), Triple H and Vince McMahon announce various names appearing, including John Cena, Roman Reigns, Shawn Michaels, Big Show, Kurt Angle and an announced match of Triple H vs. Undertaker for the last time ever.

Triple H announces Australia's WWE Super Show-Down on Oct. 6

Opinion: Now this is a little more my speed. There was so much drama involved with the Saudi Arabian show but Australia isn’t going to include anything close to that, meaning the show can go off mostly without a hitch. With the roster included there and hopefully fans who just want to see the show, things should be a lot more entertaining than what we got back in April. Hopefully a few more things happen, but for now we should be in for a lot of fun.
