Moving on? WWE is the biggest and most powerful wrestling promotion in the world and has all kinds of resources that other promotions to not have at their disposal. One of the biggest of them all is the NXT developmental system, which allows them to train wrestlers in-house. It is a system that has been in place for a very long time, but now we might be seeing it make a major move.

According to WrestleVotes, WWE held a meeting today and revealed that the company would be moving the Performance Center training facility from its longtime home in Orlando, Florida to Las Vegas, Nevada at some point in the near future. There is no specific date on when the move will take place. The UFC’s, which has the same parent company has WWE, headquarters and training facility are located in Las Vegas. The current Performance Center opened in July 2013 and NXT has been filmed there for over three years.

Opinion: That is one heck of a change and something that has likely been in the works for a very long time now. I’m not sure how much of a difference this is going to make for NXT but it would not surprise me to see WWE get a bunch of those in the can before such a move. Hopefully the people involved don’t lose their jobs as a result, but this could be a big switch for a lot of people.
