WRESTLING RUMORS: WWE Planning For Big E.'s Return, But Only If This Happens

All together now? Stables have been a recurring concept in wrestling for a very long time now and the idea still makes sense to this day. It makes sense to put wrestlers together for a shared goal and occasionally the teams can absolutely take off. That can wind up being a big deal and now we might be getting ready for a reunion from one of the biggest stables in WWE history.

In recent weeks, the New Day’s Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods have had a variety of issues, with Woods teasing turning evil. According to WRKD Wrestling, there are plans that the turn could lead to the return of Big E. to reunite the team, assuming Big E. is able to receive medical clearance. Big E. has been out of action since March 12, 2022 due to a broken neck. There is no guarantee that he will ever return to the ring. It is not clear if he will return to WWE TV for any sort of angle without being medically cleared.

Opinion: This is something that would make a lot of sense and it would be cool to see Big E. return. I’m not sure if he needs to get back in the ring to make such a return happen, but at least there is a potential plan in place to make this happen. Big E. is closing in on three years out of the ring due to his injury and I’m not sure I can imagine him returning to the ring, but this is better than nothing.
