On the big stage. There are all kinds of wrestling shows throughout the year but there is only one WrestleMania. The show is the biggest of the year and annually takes place in front of tens of thousands of people in a major stadium. Being on one of the shows can be a major event and that makes for quite the moment when a match is announced. While that has not yet happened, we might have an idea of what is coming.

According to Ibou of WrestlePurists by way of Cagesideseats.com, WWE is currently planning Seth Rollins vs. Gunther for WrestleMania 41. There is no word on whether or not Gunther will still be World Heavyweight Champion by the time the match would take place. There is also the chance that plans for the match could change before then. WrestleMania 41 is set for April 19 and 20 at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada.

It could be interesting. Check out the two in action:

Opinion: That would certainly be a big time match and it would make sense for the two of them to go at it on the big stage. If nothing else, Gunther could use a fresh challenger and Rollins would apply in his case. It’s something where you could imagine the title changing hands and that adds in some extra drama. We’re on the way to WrestleMania and this is the kind of thing that makes things more interesting.
