Not so fast? WWE has been undergoing a variety of changes in recent months and has several more changes in store for the new year. This includes some changes which are going to be taking place with their main television shows. There are two changes all but guaranteed to take place, but they might not be happening at the same times we were expecting.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: WRESTLING RUMORS: WWE Considering Various Legends For Saturday Night’s Main Event
As previously reported, WWE Monday Night Raw is expected to expand to three hours, or at least longer than its current two hours, upon its move to Netflix next month. SmackDown is also expected to expand to three hours, but according to WrestleVotes Radio by way of Wrestlingnews.co, SmackDown will not expand immediately. While the change is expected to take place in January, it is not expected to be the same week as Monday Night Raw moves to Netflix.

Opinion: This is where things are getting a bit interesting, as Monday Night Raw and SmackDown are going into a different direction. SmackDown has been running shorter than Monday Night Raw for so long now that having them go even will be quite the change. Having them wait a bit longer to make the change is not the biggest issue, and hopefully it winds up working out.
