This week on Monday Night Raw, Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville defeated Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles. According to WrestleVotes, WWE is optimistic that Green and Deville will be able to stabilize the division with “a substantial run as champions”. The win marked the fifth different title reign this year alone.

There is a feeling of optimism from the company around the new Women’s Tag Champs in Chelsea Green & Sonya Deville, with hopes the two can “stabilize” the tag titles with a substantial run as champions.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that could go well, as Green and Deville have been one of the better teams in the last good while. The division needs some stability and having the two of them hold the titles could go a long way. Now just stick with what makes sense and don’t turn the titles over and over and things might start working. That is what the titles have been needing and maybe now they can do just that.
