WRESTLING RUMORS: WWE Executives Want AEW Star, Star's Father Wants Him To Jump

Come on over? AEW has changed the wrestling world in a huge way, with all kinds of wrestlers making their way over to the new promotion and seeing how things go over there. This makes things all the more interesting, as you never know which familiar face might show up there every so often. However, some AEW wrestlers going to show up in WWE at some point and now we might know who could be coming over.

According to Better Wrestling Experience on Twitter by way of Cagesideseats.com, AEW broadcaster Taz wants his son Hook to leave AEW for WWE. In addition, WWE executives Triple H and Shawn Michaels want Hook in the company as well. The account also speculates that if Hook goes, he will be the first of many to make the jump from AEW to WWE. There is no word on when Hook’s current AEW deal expires.

Opinion: I can’t say I blame WWE for wanting Hook, as he is a young star with a charisma to him that you can’t fake. At the same time, he is a second generation star whose father wants him to go to WWE. There is potential there and I could see him being quite the project in WWE. Then again, none of this matters if Hook does not want to leave AEW and we will be waiting to see what he does.
