WRESTLING RUMORS: WWE Discussing Match Between Rhea Ripley And Dominik Mysterio

It could be. There several matches in WWE every week but most of them fall into the same categories. You know what you are getting with most of them and it is a big deal when one of them offers something that stands out. While it is not confirmed just yet, there is something on the table which could make for quite the showdown if it is given the green light.

According to the Backstage Pass Q&A by way of Wrestlingnews.co, there have been at least discussions of a match between Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio down the line. However, it is not clear how high up the ladder the idea has made it, meaning there is nothing to indicate that the match is being planned. Ripley has attacked Mysterio multiple times but they have only met in a mixed tag.

Opinion: This is the definition of “I’ll believe it when I see it” but there is definitely something to the idea of these two fighting. The fans want to see Ripley beat the fire out of Mysterio and it would make sense for the match to take place. That being said, I can also get the idea of the company not wanting to go all the way to that match, though there is at last some interest in seeing it happened.
