Double up? WWE produces dozens of events throughout the year but only some of them are among the most important. Those are often shows which take place in a stadium rather than a traditional arena, which can make for quite the spectacle. Some of them are big enough that WWE has expanded them to two nights and now they are considering doing that again.

According to WrestleVotes Radio by way of Cagesideseats.com, WWE is considering expanding Money In The Bank to two nights, as they have already done with WrestleMania and Summerslam. There is no word on how far along these discussions have gone or when the show could expand. Money In The Bank has taken place in July for the last four years, with the last two being international events.

Opinion: This isn’t the biggest surprise as WWE has been expanding their major shows on a regular basis. With WrestleMania going to two nights serving as a big hit, Summerslam and other shows following makes sense. There are already two namesake matches at Money In The Bank so it wouldn’t be hard to figure out how to make the expanded version work.
