WRESTLING RUMORS: Surprising Names Currently Favored To Win WWE Money In The Bank Briefcases

They would it. We are less than three weeks away from one of the biggest WWE events of the year, as Money In The Bank will be held in London, England. This will be the first time that the event has been held in the United Kingdom and WWE will be wanting to stack the show as much as possible. That will include the show’s namesake ladder matches and now we have a better idea of what to expect.

According to Better Wrestling Experience on Twitter by way of Cagesideseats.com, there is a current favorite to win the women’s Money In The Bank ladder match and two favorites to win the men’s version. The current favorites are Iyo Sky and LA Knight/Damian Priest respectively, though those are not guaranteed. Both matches are scheduled to have six participants, with one spot left in the women’s match.

Opinion: These names are rather interesting, as while Knight has been getting a stronger push as of late, the idea of elevating him up that high is more than I would have expected. At the same time, Sky would come out of almost nowhere, as other than a title shot against Bianca Belair, she has rarely been in the title picture. Either way, this should be a good way to go for both matches, assuming that is what we see.
