The team has been a force thus far in WWE, and now they might be ready to get even bigger going forward.

According to Xero News on Twitter, NXT star and former United Kingdom Champion Ilja Dragunov is rumored to join Imperium at some point “later on”. There is no word on when this could be, as Dragunov is still part of NXT. Dragunov defeated Gunther in NXT UK, ending his record long reign as United Kingdom Champion. Thus far, Dragunov has not been mentioned on either main roster television show.

Opinion: This is something that could go very well, as being able to defeat Gunther is one of the rarer feats in all of WWE. Dragunov and Gunther had a pair of classics and it would be great to see him getting a chance on the main roster. Imperium is already quite impressive and having them get even bigger and more dominant could make things all the more interesting.
