Another. We are coming up on the four year anniversary of AEW’s first event with Double Or Nothing 2019. The company hit the ground running and has gone on to become the second biggest wrestling promotion in the world. That is the kind of thing that can change the wrestling industry, and now it seems that we might be getting to see even more of AEW on a regular basis.

According to the Mat Men podcast, AEW and Warner Brothers Discovery are finalizing an agreement for a third weekly AEW television show, which would run for an hour on Saturdays. There is no word on when the show would debut or when/where it would be broadcast. AEW currently runs two weekly television shows with Dynamite and Rampage plus two weekly web series with Dark and Dark: Elevation.

Opinion: This show marks the sixth weekly series that Tony Khan will be presenting in a week. That is more than WWE presents on a regular week and eventually that is going to cause some problems. It wouldn’t surprise me to see AEW drop either Dark or Dark: Elevation to take away some of the pressure. I’m not sure why all of those shows need to be around at the same time, but maybe this can balance things out a bit.
