It wasn’t over yet. AEW has come a long way in just over three years of its existence, with Dynamite being one of the major reasons to make it work so well. The company’s flagship show has had some rather big episodes over the years and that was the case again this week with the second ever Blood & Guts. The match headlined the show, but things were not done just yet.

This week’s edition of AEW Dynamite ended with Blood & Guts, which took up nearly the entire second hour of the show. According to PWInsider.com, after Dynamite ended, Eddie Kingston thanked the fans for coming out and left with his partners. AEW President Tony Khan came out and thanked the fans as well, while saying that he wanted to bring a pay per view to Detroit. As this was going on, Jon Moxley sat on the roof of the cage and pulled tacks out of his boots.

Opinion: That is the kind of ending to the show that makes sense in this case, as Blood & Guts was so insane that it was almost impossible to keep anything from following it up. Just wrap things up with a nice thank you to the fans and don’t bother trying to top what happened a few minutes ago. AEW wrapped it up well and that is all they should have done here.
