Ladies and gentlemen. Last Sunday at Summerslam 2018, Brock Lesnar was defeated by Roman Reigns for the Universal Title. While Lesnar wasn’t always around, there were a few things you could always count on from him. There were the suplexes, the F5’s, and of course Paul Heyman. With Lesnar seemingly heading off to the UFC (again), Heyman is left without much to do. Well maybe not for long, as WWE might have some other plans.

Check out what he had to say this week on Monday Night Raw.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is considering keeping Heyman as a television character. At the moment there is no word on who he might receive as a new client, but Ronda Rousey has been floated as the potential first Paul Heyman Girl. Over the years, Heyman has managed a variety of wrestlers in WWE, including Lesnar, CM Punk, Ryback, Curtis Axel and Cesaro. Though Lesnar didn’t appear on this week’s Monday Night Raw, Heyman did make an appearance backstage.

If Heyman can still do this, he deserves to be around forever.

Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar address the end of The Streak: Raw, April 7, 2014

Opinion: This has potential, but Heyman is far from a guaranteed success as a manager. Sure there have been some great partnerships over the years, but at the same time there have been more than a few failures. He could be a great addition to some talents, but there are some who don’t need his assistance. I’m not really seeing the need for him to be paired with Rousey, but it does seem to be a rather popular idea.

Who do you want to see Heyman managing next? Should he stay in WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
