The ring of fire needs to grow. We are less than a week away from WrestleMania 39 and that means WWE is going to be presenting everything they can to make the show feel that much more important. That is easier said than done, but occasionally it can involve some bigger names being included on the show. There seems to be a chance that two former partners will be reunited for the first time in a very long time.

According to PWInsider Elite, WWE has brought Gangrel into Los Angeles for WrestleMania 39 with plans to have him involved with Edge’s entrance at the show. There is also the chance that Gangrel could get involved in the match physically as well. Edge is scheduled to face Finn Balor inside Hell In A Cell and has requested that Balor bring his Demon to the match. There is no word on what kind of a roll Gangrel would specifically do at the show. Edge and Gangrel teamed together with Christian as part of the Brood in the late 1990s.

There is a history there. Check out some of Gangrel and Edge’s time in the WWE:

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that can make WrestleMania feel that much more special as you never know what you are going to see. Gangrel coming back would be quite the moment and it could be something very cool. The Brood entrance has been used over and over again, especially in Edge matches. Having Gangrel back for a change would certainly make for a fun moment and WWE seems like they might be going in that direction.

What do you think of the idea? How would Gangrel fit into the match? Let us know in the comments below.
