WATCH: WWE’s Mystery Woman Revealed

I see you. Every now and then, a wrestler needs to shake things up. A wrestler who has a good character may just need to do something new as the old character is not working out anymore. That is not a knock on someone but at times, a switch is necessary. WWE has been teasing either a debut or a change for someone but until this week, we have not been sure as to who it was. That changed this week.

There are a lot of women on the WWE roster and several of them have moved up and down over the years, which is going to be the case for a long time to come. Some of them have done better than others, which can make for some interesting pairings between the established names. Sometimes you need to change a few things though and that is the case with one of the SmackDown women.

During this week’s SmackDown, Carmella was revealed as the mystery woman whose vignettes have been airing over the last few weeks. Carmella said that she had been dancing for years and it got her nowhere, so now she is untouchable. This comes after several weeks of vignettes showing a woman in front of a camera and getting dressed, but never her face. There is no word on what Carmella will be doing next, as she mentioned going to either Monday Night Raw or SmackDown.

Opinion: I’m not sure what to expect from this but it wasn’t exactly the biggest surprise, given that you could see Carmella’s arm tattoo on the mystery woman. That being said, Carmella has been gone for a good while now and maybe this could be the big change that she has been needing. There is only so much that you can do with the same character so maybe the change can help a bit.
