It’s a status thing. Wrestlers have a weird celebrity status, as they are indeed known for being seen on a big stage, but they are often known for being wrestlers and nothing more. That leaves them in the same place for most of their careers, but occasionally they will get some more mainstream publicity. That was the case this week, though you wouldn’t have known it until the ending.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: RK-Uh Oh? Major Update On Randy Orton’s Potential Return To WWE
WWE star Alexa Bliss was unmasked this week on the Masked Singer, revealing that she was underneath the Axolotl mask as she was eliminated from the game. Bliss sang LeAnn Rimes’ “Can’t Fight The Moonlight” on the sixth episode, which was Country Night. Bliss is the second wrestler to appear on the show, following Chris Jericho’s appearance last season. There is no word on when Bliss is due back on WWE TV after she had to have skin cancer successfully removed.

Bliss is multi-talented. Check out what she can do in various roles:
Opinion: This is something you do not see happen very often but it is always cool when it takes place. Bliss is not very well known outside of WWE so seeing her on a show like this makes for a special moment. Getting this kind of exposure is a big deal and it might even lead to her getting to do something else. Even if it doesn’t, at least she got to do it once and that is more than a lot of wrestlers can say.
What do you think of Bliss? What should she do when she returns to WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
