WATCH: WWE Star Teases Going In A New Direction

Enough is enough and it’s time for a change? There are different ways to present a wrestler and some of them are more impressive than others. Sometimes things start to fall apart though and a change needs to take place. That can be done in a variety of ways, but it often involves a wrestler taking a different direction. Now we know what that direction may be for a WWE star.

This week on SmackDown, Shotzi won a Six Pack Challenge to become the new #1 contender to the SmackDown Women’s Title. One of the women Shotzi defeated in the match was Lacey Evans, who was featured in a video on WWE’s YouTube channel after the show. Evans talks about how she had tried to make people happy with the glitz and glamour but it was time to get back to basics, suggesting that she would be in for a gimmick change of some kind, though it is not clear what she would be doing.

Opinion: Evans very well may be in need of a change of pace as she hasn’t exactly done well since getting back from her maternity leave. She has the talent and abilities to be a star but WWE has not done well with the presentation. Find the right way to go and the rest should work itself out, but for some reason that has not been happening so far. Change it up and maybe this works out.
