Back later? Wrestlers have to do a lot of things to keep their careers going and perhaps the most important is keeping their fellow stars safe. That can be difficult to do as there is always the chance that something could go wrong, and a mistake can lead to a variety of issues. Now a WWE star seems to be having troubles with something he has done before and is doing something about it.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Promotion: WWE Planning To Call Former NXT Champion To Main Roster, Possible Feud Plan

This week on NXT, Ridge Holland announced that he was stepping away from the ring indefinitely, effective immediately. Holland said that he could not live with the idea of potentially hurting someone else, which comes after Holland injured Big E. back in 2022 and has attacked various other NXT wrestlers. There is no word on if this is part of a storyline or Holland taking actual time off from WWE.

Holland is quite good when he is around. Check out Holland’s announcement and his time in the ring:

Opinion: I’m curious to see where this goes but it feels more like a storyline than anything else. Holland has been tormented by injuring a variety of wrestlers and it would make sense for him to not be mentally stable as a result. We could be seeing Holland show up again in the future and bringing him back in the right way could make for quite the special moment.

What do you think of Holland’s statement? How would you bring him back to NXT? Let us know in the comments below.
