He’s in. WWE has enough of a talent pool that the company is able to split its wrestlers into three different brands. WWE knows how to make it feel like a big deal and that is what they did again as they tied up a loose string that they opened up last month.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: She’s A Fan: Popular Rapper Reacts To Viral Video Of Jey Uso

Back in September at WWE Payback, Jey Uso officially joined the Monday Night Raw roster after splitting away from the Bloodline. As a result, SmackDown was promised a wrestler in return but no one was named. This week on SmackDown, new General Manager Nick Aldis announced that Kevin Owens would be coming to SmackDown in exchange for Uso. Owens attacked Dominik Mysterio this week.

It was a big deal. Check out the announcement, Owens’ comments and Owens in action:

Opinion: This is one of those things that is a bit of a surprise as it would suggest that Owens’ team with Sami Zayn is done, but at the same time, Owens gets to do something new. It should set up some fresh feuds and stories, but there is always the chance that it is the start of some big storyline involving Owens and the other top stars in the promotion, as has been the case for months.

What do you think of the trade? What is next for Owens on SmackDown? Let us know in the comments below.
