One but not the other. One of the bigger stories in a very busy year for WWE has been Sasha Banks and Naomi walking out on the company back in May. Since then, rumors of their return have begun to surface and it seems likely that they will be back soon. Fans have caught wind of the rumors and some of them were even ready for the return this week. That did not sit well with WWE security.

This week’s Monday Night Raw featured the finals of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title tournament, which crowned new champions after Banks and Naomi vacated the titles. As a result, there had been speculation that Banks and Naomi would be back at the show. This led a fan to make a sign saying “We Want Naomi, Not Botcha Banks”. During an in-ring promo from Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss and Asuka, a security guard could be seen jumping over the barricade and confiscating the sign, which was shown opposite the main cameras. WWE has a history of taking signs they do not want on air.

It wasn’t quite conspicuous. Check out the sign being taken:

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that WWE does sometimes and it does make sense. The company does sometimes take signs away and while it might not seem like the nicest thing, it is the kind of move that can make the company look that much better. WWE does not want its wrestlers to be disparaged by the signs that are going to be on screen for the entire night and they have to do something. It might not sound great, but at it kind of needs to be done.

What do you think of the sign? When will Banks and Naomi be back? Let us know in the comments below.
