It’s #1. WWE has been the dominant force in wrestling for decades and a good bit of its success has come from its television shows. The company has presented Monday Night Raw for over thirty years, but a good chunk of that has also included SmackDown. The show has had more than its share of moments and now we are getting a special look back at some of those times.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: One More Time: Former WWE Faction Reuniting For Special Event

Over the weekend, a WWE special aired on FOX, counting down the top twenty five moments in SmackDown history. The countdown included moments from throughout the show’s history, dating back to its debut in 1999 and featuring matches and segments. The number one item on the list was Jey Uso turning on Roman Reigns on June 16, 2023. Here is the top five:

5. Ring Collapse – June 12, 2003
4. Charlotte Returns – December 30, 2022
3. FOX Premiere – October 4, 2019
2. John Cena Debuts – June 27, 2002
1. The Bloodline Explodes – June 16, 2023

There were some great moments here. Check out some of the top five:

Opinion: This is one of those tricky situations as the show has been on the air for over a quarter of a century. With so many options to choose from, there are going to be more than a few that are left out or do not make the cut.
