WATCH: WWE Ranks Top 25 Debuts, Chris Jericho Takes Issue With His Spot

That’s a list. There have been countless wrestlers throughout WWE’s history and some of them have made their debuts in special ways. Those are often some of the most memorable moments WWE has had, as it can mean the start of something special. Now WWE is looking back at some of those debuts, but one wrestling legend is not exactly thrilled at his placement.

WWE has released a video looking at the 25 Greatest Debuts Of All Time. The list includes debuts from throughout the company’s history, though the majority are from the last twenty five years. Chris Jericho’s debut placed at #10, causing Jericho to respond to the list, saying “Hold my bear.” Another AEW star’s debut was involved in the #1 spot, albeit not entirely by himself.

Opinion: It’s kind of hard to buy that this is anything but WWE changing their tune because of where Jericho works now. On their previous versions, Jericho was #1 and now he just barely cracks the top 10. That’s a heck of a drop and Jericho is right to take issue with it. Jericho’s debut is one of the most famous moments in the history of Monday Night Raw and having it as the tenth debut ever, especially after it is has been praised before, is hard to accept.
