WATCH: WWE And AEW Stars Training Together In The Ring, Jade Cargill Included

Practice makes perfect. There are all kinds of things that has to be done to make wrestling work and one of the most important is getting in the ring. That does not always have to be in front of a huge audience, as there is quite a bit that can be learned by wrestling in front of no fans and being able to practice over and over. That was the case again recently, with some interesting names getting in reps.

Some videos have made their way online showing WWE’s Natalya and TJ Wilson training wrestlers at their Dungeon 2.0 facility in Florida. The wrestlers involved include names such as Jade Cargill, Odyssey Jones and AEW’s Ricky Starks. Cargill has yet to have her first match on AEW television but it is not clear when she will debut. Jones is currently waiting to make his main roster televised debut after being drafted from NXT in 2023.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that pops up every so often and shows a different side to how wrestlers get their reps in. It makes for a cool look at things as you often forget just how much work goes into being a wrestler. It’s also good that Cargill, who is far from the most experienced wrestler in the world, is getting in the ring and learning some more fundamentals, which will serve her well in the long run.
