WATCH: WWE Advertises Return Of Former World Champion Following 7+ Month Hiatus

Welcome back. With so many on the WWE roster, there are only so many ways to feature all of them on television. It can be a big deal when one of them goes away for a long time, but it can be even more impactful when they are able to come back. That is what we are going to be seeing in the near future, as a top WWE Superstar is being advertised to return shortly.

This week’s Monday Night Raw featured a vignette announcing the return of Sheamus. The vignette included old clips of Sheamus talking about how much he loved to fight and his various career accomplishments. This comes after Sheamus has been out of action since August 2023 due to a shoulder injury. There is no word on when or how Sheamus will be brought back to WWE television.

Opinion: I’m happy to have Sheamus back as he is someone you can put into any place on the card and have it work. He knows how to wrestle a power style and that is going to mesh well with a lot of people. At the same time, you believe that he could beat quite a few big names and that makes Sheamus a threat. After nearly eight months away, this should be a nice return for WWE.
