It’s a strange world. One of the most entertaining things to do in wrestling is to take a step back and see how absurd a lot of it really is. When you see how ridiculous wrestling really is, there can be quite a bit of comedy to be found. What can make it even better is to have some of the bigger names in the sport poke fun at each other, which is what has taken place between two top stars.
Over the last year or so, wrestling fans have been given a new look at one of the biggest stars of all time. During that time, the Undertaker has finally started letting down the veil of kayfabe and allowed fans to see a lot more about the man behind the character. That is something fans have wanted to see for years, and now they might even be getting to see his funny side.
Booker T.’s Reality of Wrestling promotion has released a video of Undertaker roasting Booker T. as part of a larger event. Undertaker talks about how he tried to take Booker under his wing when Booker arrived in the promotion in 2001. This led to Booker “stabbing Undertaker in the back” by trying to get Undertaker to do the Spinarooni. Undertaker also spoke positively of Booker and talked about the respect they shared.
This isn’t something you often see. Check out Undertaker’s thoughts on Booker T.:
Opinion: This is one of those things that still takes time to make sense because Undertaker has been so silent for so many years. He has started doing things like this and it is kind of fascinating because it is such a new territory. I could go for more of this and the roast could be one of the more entertaining things that wrestling has produced in a very long time. Undertaker may just be a part of it, but he is a huge part.
