This week on Monday Night Raw, Rhea Ripley defeated Liv Morgan to regain the WWE Women’s World Title, marking her second reign as champion. The two have been feuding for several months now, over both the title and Dominik Mysterio. Ripley had unsuccessfully challenged for the title, which she was initially stripped of the title last spring after being injured by Morgan.

Opinion: This is a title change that needed to happen at some point as there were only so many ways for Morgan to escape someone the size of Ripley. The matches were never close physically and they were never played as such, but Morgan could only escape so many times. Thankfully they made it work here, with Ripley winning the title in her big chance, which is how it should have gone.
