It’s kind of his thing. Certain wrestlers are known for various characteristics and things that they do no matter the situation. They become the wrestlers’ trademarks and fans will often respond to them more than just about anything else. This includes things that are not even taking place during a match yet still get incredible responses. Now a former WWE star is doing it again, albeit not in a ring.

Over his career, Steve Austin became known for a variety of things, including drinking beer, especially after his matches. Austin is currently starring in a new series called Stone Cold Takes On America, featuring him driving around the country. A clip of Austin at the Fuel Bar in Las Vegas, Nevada has spread around social media, showing Austin climbing onto the bar and drinking beers. There is no word on when the footage was filmed, though it aired on the show earlier this week.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that makes Austin’s legacy all the more impressive. He hasn’t been a full time wrestler in nearly twenty years but this is still something that gets a reaction from the fans. Austin just drinking beer like he did for years in WWE is one of those things that will always work, and now he is managing to get it into a show on national television. That’s not bad for anyone and Austin is making it work.
