WATCH: Seven More Names Officially Confirmed For WrestleMania 40

That’s a lot more. We are less than three weeks away from WrestleMania 40 and that means most of the spots on the show have already been filled. Since there are only so many places that can be put on the card, it can be a hue deal for someone to make it onto the show. Now several more spots are covered as multiple wrestlers were confirmed for the show this week.

This week’s Monday Night Raw featured three qualifying matches for the six team ladder match at WrestleMania 40. DIY, Awesome Truth and the New Day all qualified for the match, which will also include Judgment Day and two SmackDown teams to be determined. Finally, CM Punk has been announced for the show in a role that has yet to be announced. Punk is currently out of action as he is recovering from tricep surgery.

Opinion: That is a big night for the WrestleMania build as the show needed to have several things set up in a short amount of time. WWE covered quite a bit of it in a single show and there are not too many left to finalize. Punk being at the show is not a surprise, though it should be interesting to see how he is used when he is unable to do anything physical at the moment.
