WATCH: Seth Rollins Opens Up On The Future Of Becky Lynch's Acting Career

She has potential. One of the most common criticisms of wrestlers is that they are only acting. Wrestlers are seen as people playing roles in fake stories. At the same time, they are rarely given credit for their acting skills, as they are often told that they are wrestlers instead of actors. You will occasionally see the two paths cross, and now another top WWE star may be interested in such a move.

Earlier this year, WWE star Becky Lynch appeared on the third season debut of Young Rock. Lynch’s husband Seth Rollins was interviewed by WQAD News (ABC affiliate in Moline, Illinois) where he talked about Lynch’s acting career. Rollins said that Lynch’s acting career is starting to “perk up a little bit and that’s where she wants to go”. He went on to say that if the two eventually went “out west”, so be it, though they would be fine to stay where they are. Lynch has dabbled in acting on and off throughout her time in WWE.

Opinion: Lynch is in a weird place as she has already been the top star in WWE’s women’s division (if not WWE as a whole) so what is she supposed to do now? There are only so many more challenges left for her in wrestling and if she wants to move on to the acting world, maybe that is what she can do. Lynch is going to be leaving WWE at some point and maybe this is where she wants to go.
