That’s not the same thing. With so many wrestlers on the AEW roster, it can be difficult to find time for everyone to get on the television shows. A wrestler falling through the cracks is certainly not uncommon and there are times where AEW just has nothing for them to do. That seems to be the case again with a current star, but now we are getting a bit of confusion over why he is missing.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: He Did What? More On Huge Upset This Week On AEW Dynamite

Miro has only wrestled four matches on AEW television this year, with his most recent taking place back in September. There have been varying reports about why, with one saying that AEW had nothing creative for him, which was refuted with a report saying that Miro rejected a story pitched to him. Miro was interviewed by Muse TV at the premier of National Treasure: Edge of History, where Miro was asked when he would be returning to AEW. In response, Miro said that it was not up to him, but that he was sitting and waiting for the opportunity.

He said so. Check out Miro’s statement, plus his time in AEW:

Opinion: Miro’s AEW status continues to be one of the most confusing things in all of wrestling. There is seemingly no reason for him to be out of the ring as his recent acting gig is over, but here we are, more than three months removed from his last match. Miro is someone who can make an instant impact in AEW but for some reason he’s still sitting on the sidelines. It’s a weird situation and I have no idea why it is happening.

What do you think of Miro’s time in AEW? What do you want to see him do in the company? Let us know in the comments below.
