Watch John Cena Explain His Rather Curious Instagram Account

Well that’s….certainly an explanation. John Cena is one of the biggest stars in the history of wrestling and is becoming a name in the pop culture world outside of wrestling. This includes a variety of appearances on talk shows, where you get asked some interesting questions. Cena made such an appearance this week and offered an answer to something that had the host puzzled.

Cena appeared on the Ellen Degeneres Show this week and was asked about his rather interesting Instagram page. The page, which Cena says he got because WWE told him that he had to, has become the home for some rather unique pictures, including something called Stone Cold Friday. The idea was to have Stone Cole something every Friday, with Stone Cold Steve Austin never being featured.

Opinion: It’s almost hard to believe that Cena is pretty much just gone from WWE. I know he makes a few appearances here and there, but for all intents and purpose, this is what he’s doing now. After all the years though, it’s what he’s earned as the charisma and work ethic that he has are more than worth giving him a shot in mainstream entertainment. And now we know what’s up with the mustache shot on Instagram. I was certainly curious.
