He made the jump. There are all kinds of talented wrestlers on the WWE roster, to the point where the wrestlers have been split up into three groups via a Brand Split. Normally this means that Monday Night Raw, SmackDown and NXT wrestlers stay on one show, but there are some exceptions. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Hand Them Over: Title Change Takes Place At WWE Payback
Last month, Jey Uso attacked his brother Jimmy and cousin Roman Reigns before walking out on SmackDown, saying he quit in the process. This weekend at WWE Payback during an appearance on the Grayson Waller Effect, Cody Rhodes announced that Jey was now a member of the Monday Night Raw roster. Jey came to the ring and superkicked Grayson Waller. There is nothing to suggest that this isn’t a permanent move.
That’s a big one. Check out Jey’s return, plus what he has been doing lately:
Opinion: I’m not sure there was any serious doubt about Jey returning to WWE TV sooner than later, though sending him to Monday Night Raw while the rest of the Bloodline and people involved with it stay on SmackDown is an interesting twist. Jey has shown he can hang on his own and it should be fun to see him getting some freedom. It might not last long, but for now, we’re seeing something different.
What do you think of the move? How will Jey do on Monday Night Raw? Let us know in the comments below.
