WATCH: Hulk Hogan Does Ventriloquism (It’s Every Bit As Strange As It Sounds)

Well that’s…something. There are certain wrestlers who have become bigger than the industry itself and remain stars long after their in-ring careers are over. These are the names that almost every fan knows, at least on some levels. It can be interesting to see what they do when they stop wrestling, but in this case, things have gotten a little bit strange.

A clip has appeared on social media showing Hulk Hogan at a karaoke night at his Hogan’s Hangout bar in Clearwater, Florida, performing a ventriloquist act. Hogan is seen holding an orange Kermit the Frog puppet and saying “brother” over and over. There is no context for the clip, though the bar does host regular karaoke nights, featuring former wrestling stars and personalities.

Opinion: You know, I really wasn’t expecting to see this one but here it is. I’m not sure what is going on in this clip but it is about as strange as you can imagine. I’d like to believe that there is some more context to it but at the same time, just having the sheer randomness of it makes things that more interesting. Hogan is certainly a character, and this is some odd stuff to say the least.
