WATCH: Former WWE World Champion Makes Surprise Return On SmackDown

Welcome back. A surprise return can be a great way to bring someone back after a lengthy absence. The moment of getting to see someone appear after a long time away can be rather interesting, especially if there was nothing to foreshadow anything about it. That was the case again this week as a former World Champion made a surprise return on SmackDown to make some new friends.

This week on SmackDown, former WWE Champion Bobby Lashley made a surprise return after a two month absence. Lashley arrived in a limousine and picked up the Street Profits, who had been waiting for him. The two left almost immediately and were not seen again for the rest of the night. Lashley has not appeared on WWE TV since May 12, though he has been wrestling at live events for about the last month.

It’s an interesting change of pace. Check out who is back in WWE:

Opinion: I’m glad to have Lashley back as you can always use another major talent. Lashley is someone who can do a lot of things for WWE and it is great to have him back. What matters is finding the right thing for him and if the Street Profits are going to be along for the ride, good for them. This is the kind of thing that has been needed for a bit and it seems to be off to an interesting start.
