He’s loose. There are all kinds of wrestlers on the independent circuit but there are always going to be instances where some of them leave for one reason or another. Some of them are not pleased that they leave and make it their mission to show what they can do elsewhere. That is what one former World Champion has done and he is already off to a hot start.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Come On In? Two Former World Champions Reportedly On Their Way To WWE

Raj Dhesi, formerly known as Jinder Mahal in WWE, made a surprise appearance at the GCW So High event. Dhesi appeared in a mask and laid Effy out with the Khallas before unmasking. There is no word on when he will make his next appearance for GCW or when he will wrestle next. Dhesi was released from WWE in April and his 90 day no compete clause expired earlier this week.

It was an impact. Check out the debut plus Dhesi in WWE:

Opinion: Good for him. Dhesi has a terrible reputation for his time in WWE but he really wasn’t that bad. The problem was he was put into a spot he wasn’t ready for and that is all anyone remembers about him. He has a great look and has clearly put in the effort in the gym. Throw in a completely acceptable match most of the time and I could see him being something if given the chance.

What did you think of Dhesi’s debut? Where would you like to see him go next? Let us know in the comments below.
