Your new home. One of the most exciting things to see in wrestling is the debut of a new star. It can be either someone you have never seen before or someone you have seen elsewhere, but it can still be quite the fun moment. That is the case at any level of wrestling, including all the way up to WWE. It seems to be the case again for a special edition of NXT.

Women’s wrestling has come a long way in recent years but that is just in WWE. There has been great women’s wrestling around the world for a long time before the Women’s Revolution of 2015. Impact Wrestling certainly played a huge role in the change, but the promotion has still had quite a bit of talent come and go from the women’s division over the years. Now another one of its top stars seems ready to come to NXT.

Recognize him? Check out a rather interesting tease:

Franky comes to NXT in two weeks: WWE NXT, March 31, 2021

A video aired during this week’s edition of NXT, showing a dog walking through the Capitol Wrestling Center. At the end, a graphic appeared saying “See You April 13. Franky.” The dog was the same one that Taya Valkyrie, who has recently signed with WWE, had during her time in Impact Wrestling. WWE also recently trademarked the name Franky Monet for use for a wrestler.

Valkyrie was a force in Impact Wrestling. Check out what she did for the company:

Opinion: This is the kind of move that should have fans excited, as Valkyrie is someone who could be a heck of a star right out of the gate in NXT. I know she has not been around WWE for a very long time, but she dominated one of the biggest women’s division in the country. Hopefully she can do just as well in NXT and if that is the case then the promotion is going to be in a good place.
