They’re in. We are a week away from Survivor Series and that means the return of WarGames. While the women’s version was set up earlier in the week, the men’s match still needed one more entrant. That led to the question of who it was going to be, with a few possible options. Now we know who that person is, with a pair of returns making the match official.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Whodunit: Mystery Attack On SmackDown Could Have Major Impact On WarGames

This week on SmackDown, Paul Heyman returned and announced that CM Punk would join Roman Reigns, Sami Zayn and the Usos in the men’s WarGames match at Survivor Series against the Bloodline. This marks Heyman’s return after being attacked by the Bloodline in June and Punk’s return after taking some time away from WWE last month. There is no word on if Punk and Heyman will be associated on television going forward.

It was a big deal. Check out the segment, plus what Punk and Heyman can do:

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that makes for a heck of a segment, as the history between Punk and Heyman alone is enough to draw some interest. I could go for seeing where all of this goes, as you do not get this kind of a segment very often. What matters the most is making a major impact, and that is certainly what a double return of this magnitude can do.
