Everyone goes there eventually. We’re three weeks away from “Wrestlemania XXXIII” where Brock Lesnar will be challenging Goldberg for the Universal Title. It makes sense to give Lesnar a test before then and it would seem to make sense to have former champion Kevin Owens face Lesnar.

Last night at the WWE Madison Square Garden house show, Lesnar defeated Owens in the same manner he’s done to everyone else: with a series of German suplexes followed by an F5 for the pin. Owens recently lost the title to Goldberg at “Fastlane 2017” in twenty two seconds, setting up the title match at “Wrestlemania XXXIII”.

Opinion: Were you expecting anything else? Lesnar destroys everyone that he faces (not named Goldberg) and I don’t know why Owens would be any different. I’m not sure why this would be anything other than a squash as Owens is just another full time wrestler these days, meaning he’s perfect for this kind of a spot.

Does Lesnar win at “Wrestlemania XXXIII”? How does Owens do against Chris Jericho? Let us know in the comments below.
