He’s back too. Injuries are one of the worst things that can happen to any wrestler as you never want to see someone put on the shelf for any amount of time. While waiting for a wrestler to get back in the ring can be quite frustrating, there is something special about seeing a wrestler return. That was the case this weekend, albeit it wasn’t exactly returning to the ring.

R-Truth made a surprise return this weekend at Survivor Series, appearing in a backstage segment promoting Ruffles, a sponsor of the show. This was R-Truth’s first appearance in over a year after tearing his quadriceps during a match in NXT last November. He did not get physical during the segment and there is no word on when he will be making his return to the ring.
That’s a surprise. Check out the return, plus some of R-Truth’s better moments:
Opinion: This return might not get the same kind of interest as Randy Orton or CM Punk, but there is something special about having R-Truth back. He’s a funny guy and someone who has managed to stick around WWE for a very long time. There is something to be said about having a bit of comedy relief and that is where R-Truth can shine. I’m sure WWE will have something for him and that should be rather nice to have back.
