That looked a bit more serious. Wrestlers have a lot to take care of in any given match, with their fellow stars’ safety at the top of the list. It means everything to keep your opponents safe but there is always the chance that things can go wrong in the blink of an eye. That might have happened earlier this week, as one star did not seem happy with what was going on in her match.
The main event of this week’s Monday Night Raw saw Alexa Bliss and Asuka defeat Damage Ctrl to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles. During the match, Iyo Sky kicked Bliss in the back of the head, resulting in Bliss firing off some much more aggressive than usual punches. While not confirmed, this seemed to be a genuine physical reaction from Bliss as she may have been angry over the kick. There is nothing to suggest anything happened or was said between the two backstage before or after the match.
It got serious quickly. Check out the exchange between Bliss and Sky:
Opinion: I’m not sure what happened there but it certainly didn’t seem to be good. Bliss very well may have been mad and if so, there is a good chance that Sky’s kick genuinely caught her in the head. Hopefully everything is ok and nothing was overly serious, but that was quite the reaction from Bliss, who is not exactly known to come up swinging like that very often.
