WATCH: AEW Tag Team Reunites After Year Long Absence

They’re back. There is nothing good about a wrestler getting hurt as it can take away every bit of momentum that they have. You can see anyone put out of action for a very long time and take away momentum from others at the same time. That is often the case with a tag team and now we have gotten a long awaited reunion after someone finally came back from an injury.

This week’s AEW Dynamite featured the return of Private Party, who appeared following a match between Orange Cassidy and Darius Martin. The team announced that they would be coming for the Tag Team Titles. This was the team’s first appearance together in over a year as Marq Quen has been out of action with an injury. It is not clear when they will wrestle their first match back. During Quen’s absence, Isiah Kassidy, now known as Brother Zay, has been teaming with the Hardys.

Opinion: It’s great to see the team back as they have been on the shelf for a very long time now. Quen being back in the ring again sounds rather nice, but the team is basically being started from scratch after such a long time away. The tag division could certainly use the boost and we could be in for a nice second run from the team. The talent was always there and this could go well.
