That’s an amazing tribute. The wrestling world is still reeling from the loss of Jon Huber, better known as AEW’s Brodie Lee, who passed away unexpectedly last Saturday at the age of 41. This was one of the biggest surprises that wrestling has seen in the last several years and it could take a long time for fans to start getting back to normal. At the top of the list of people recovering is Huber’s family, though one of them got a rather nice gift.

This week’s edition of AEW Dynamite was one of the more emotional wrestling shows in recent memory, with the entire show being dedicated to Huber’s memory. The show was made up of matches featuring members of Lee’s Dark Order stable and the main event was put together by Huber’s son. The night was not over for his son though, as AEW had something for him.

This is incredible. Check out AEW’s gift to Huber’s son and the outstanding tribute to Lee:

AEW Dynamite closed with Huber’s son, Brodie Jr., being brought into the ring with Huber’s wife Amanda and AEW President Tony Khan. Brodie Jr. brought his dad’s boots into the ring and left them in tribute to him. After this, Khan presented Brodie Jr. with the TNT Championship, making him champion for life. During the post-Dynamite show, an announcement was made that the TNT Title would be redesigned with Brodie Jr. keeping that version of the championship. The presentation was followed with a special video tribute to Huber.

Opinion: I’ve been watching wrestling for a very long time now and this was one of the best tributes that I have ever seen. You could feel the emotion throughout the entire night and thankfully it is not the kind of thing that you get to see happen very often. AEW did this as well as it could have been done and hopefully it took the Huber family’s minds off of things, at least for a little while.
