WATCH: 30 Year Old Former WWE Star Announces Return To The Ring After Year Long Absence

Welcome back. There have been countless wrestlers to walk through WWE’s doors over the years and their time in WWE can often be the high point of their careers. At the same time though, their careers do not end when they leave WWE, as several of them continue wrestling for a long time thereafter. Now another former WWE star is set to get back in the ring later this year.

World Series Wrestling in Australia has released a video showing Cassie Lee, formerly known as Peyton Royce in WWE, announcing that she will be taking part in their Full Throttle tour in October. Lee responded to the video, saying “and I’m back in the game” and “Let’s grapple!” Lee has not wrestled since April 23, 2022 due to maternity leave. There is no word on if this will be a full time return to the ring or just a one off run.

Opinion: This is nice to see as Lee always had talent and charisma. She took some time away to become a mother and there is nothing wrong with that. Now that she is ready to return to the ring, we can see what she can still do. She’s only thirty years old so it isn’t like she is some ancient star being raised out of mothballs. It should be interesting to see what she can do and that is awesome.
