She’s quite good at it. Alexa Bliss debuted on the main roster back in 2016 and has taken the WWE by storm. Despite being in WWE less than three years and having only turned 27 years old last month, Bliss is already a five time Women’s Champion and will very likely add more to that resume in the near future. There has to be some secrets to her success and now she’s letting the fans know.

In a new video from the BBC, Bliss talks about the five tips that allowed her to become a top WWE superstar. Some of these are a little bit self explanatory, but several are exercise and workout tips which could be useful in a variety of projects. The interview is outside of kayfabe, allowing Bliss to talk in more general terms instead of specifics. Here are her suggestions, with transcription courtesy of Sportskeeda.com:

1. Keep At It And Have Patience.

“It’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon. You have to work every day to accomplish your goals, and then set more goals for yourself… know that it’s gonna take time and keep with the process.”

2. Have A Good Support System.

“Have close friends and family that will support you and know that that support is there for you whenever you need it.”

3. Have A Role Model In The Industry.

“At the time when I was watching Rey [Mysterio], I was a gymnast and so everything he did kind of fascinated me and it really sparked my love for what goes on in the ring.”

4. Eat Right.

“If you don’t, it’s so hard on the road. It’s basically making sure that you have the discipline to follow the eating pattern that helps you in the ring and have a healthy lifestyle.”

5. Have A Good Attitude.

“Train hard, stay humble and don’t be as mean as I am on TV.”

I would however advise against trying this.

Ronda Rousey violates suspension to brutalize Alexa Bliss: Raw, July 16, 2018

Opinion: Ok so part of it has to do with being a very talented gymnast with the ability to play a great heel character with incredible athleticism but this helps too. Sometimes you need someone there to back you up and that’s what Bliss is saying here. You need more than just the natural abilities. They’re important, but having the right structure is even higher up on the list.

Which of these makes the most sense to you? When will Bliss be Women’s Champion again? Let us know in the comments below.
