He deserves all the candles. Even though he’s not around very often anymore, it’s impossible to deny the impact that John Cena has had on WWE over the years. The man is one of the biggest stars in the history of the company and has accomplished almost everything there is to accomplish. One thing that has barely eluded him is the record for most World Title wins of all time, but he’s come pretty close, which is what we’re looking at today.

Happy Birthday sir. Check out some of his biggest accomplishments:

John Cena's 16 World Championship victories: WWE Milestones

In honor of his forty second birthday, WWE has put together a video compilation his sixteen World Title wins. The video is exactly what it sounds like: a look at the title wins themselves, meaning it is showing the ends of the matches, as well as a bit of the post victory celebrations. The title wins are shown in chronological order, starting with Cena’s first win in 2005.

Opinion: I know a lot of these started to run together but there is no denying how good Cena really is. He’s one of the best performers WWE has ever had and tying a record like that is almost impossible to believe. The question now is whether or not he’s ever going to break the record, which is becoming harder and harder to fathom. His current total is nothing to sneeze at though and he has earned the praise.

Which of Cena’s wins was the most impressive? Will he ever get to #17? Let us know in the comments below.
