It’s highway robbery! There are times in wrestling where wrestlers just lose clean. Sometimes it may be off a pinfall and sometimes it’s via submission, but more often than not, one person is able to defeat the other. However, there are other times when one person does the work and someone else comes in to steal the glory (or title in the wrestling case most of the time). It may be in a tag match or it may be in a multi-person match, but there are several instances of it taking place.

These may count as wrestling crimes.

Stolen pinfall victories: WWE Top 10, April 30, 2018

WWE has released a new Top Ten video looking at the ten best stolen pinfalls of all time. These mainly come from multi-person matches with wrestlers coming in to steal falls after clearing the ring of whomever did the work in the first place, but there are also several instances from tag matches where someone makes a blind tag to steal the pin. Almost all of these are modern examples, but there are other historical moments in the same category that weren’t covered.

Opinion: These aren’t the most thrilling moments in the world and it’s kind of sad to see it that way. I’m not sure what the point of this was, save for making Jeff Hardy, who is featured at #1, into a big deal. There aren’t many ways to go with a list like this as it’s pretty repetitive, but at least there are enough moments with enough big names to keep things a little more entertaining.

Which is your favorite moment from the list? Did WWE get the top spot right? Let us know in the comments below.
